We set out to build a single, integrated platform that a shop owner can actually use every day — fast billing at the counter, accurate inventory, GST-compliant invoices, online orders from local customers, and delivery management — without requiring technical expertise.
Today, Grozho brings together desktop billing software, a web admin dashboard, a customer ordering app, and a delivery boy app, all synchronized through the cloud. The desktop software keeps working even when the internet goes down, and data syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
